      Villa Citrus accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (bath+WC and a separate WC and a wash-hand basin), a large living room and a dining room with an open kitchen....

     As you enter the property, you will find the airy and spacious open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area offers a contemporary L-shaped sofa and 2 armchairs with a built-in fireplace where you can sit and relax in comfort. There is a wireless internet connection and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for your entertainment.

     The fully equipped kitchen offers an electric oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and also an adjacent utility room with a washing machine and portable barbeque. The dining area which connects the kitchen and the living room has plenty of windows facing the sea and comfortably seats 6 guests. A door from the kitchen takes you to the outside terrace.

     Sleeping arrangement in all bedrooms is arranged due to customers’ needs all with plenty of wardrobe space. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, in the second bedroom there is both a double bed and a single bed and in the third room, there are two single beds.

     Part of the terrace area is equipped with a table comfortably seating 6 providing shade for a lunch in the hot summer days. Table and chairs which combined with the portable barbeque give you the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining.

     A short pathway at the backyard will take you to 16m x 7.5m shared swimming pool. Since the back door opens to the pool this villa is perfect for families with children who might want to keep an eye on them while they spend time at the villa. Due to its proximity to the pool, it’s the most popular villa among the young.

     A wooden pergola offers shaded comfort next to the swimming pool or you might enjoy the Cypriot sun with rattan sunbeds. At one corner of the pool area, wooden picnic tables are ideally situated under trees providing you with an area to sit and enjoy the beautiful views the surrounding areas offer.

     The large garden surrounding the house is a safe and perfect area for those with children.
